Now in its 13th season, Jay's on Third has become one of Stone Harbor's premiere restaurants, offering seasonally inspired dishes from fresh, local produce, seafood & meats, cooked simply yet inspired by international influences.

 

Guests are invited to bring along their favorite wine to compliment their menu choices and experience relaxed dining with personalized touches and approachable comfort.

Jay's On Third is a great place to dine and relax, whatever the occasion may be, in a lovely seashore  community and neighborhood.

We believe that our restaurant can be creative  and interesting  just like the seasons.

We open the doors in early spring, so the menu can reflect an abundance of fresh offerings. 

As the season progresses, so does our culinary team, ingredients, and technique.  

Our focus is to create a menu that is conducive to where we live, ingredients that are available 

in that season usuing sustainable products that follow fair trade practices.

We support  using local fish markets and butchers far and near
